Senior Full Stack Developer (Laravel + Angular + AI-Assisted Development)

CrecenTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel (PHP) for backend development and Angular for frontend development. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional experienced in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency and quality is essential, along with the ability to review and optimize AI-generated code effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel and Angular. Build secure, scalable backend services and user-friendly frontend interfaces. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and external systems. Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to support coding, debugging, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure it meets coding standards, security requirements, and architectural guidelines. Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, QA teams, and other technical resources to translate business needs into technical solutions. Optimize existing applications for improved performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, OAuth, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Follow secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code aligned with established development standards. Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decision-making. Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API tests to guarantee application quality. Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Use containerization technologies such as Docker where applicable. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and engineering practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP. Proficiency in Angular, preferably with modern Angular versions. Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and responsive web applications. Proven experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Strong working knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. Practical experience with AI-assisted coding and development tools. Familiarity with Docker, Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and API testing. Strong understanding of application security and secure development practices. Experience implementing JWT, OAuth, RBAC, and other authentication and authorization mechanisms. Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and team-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with microservices architecture. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with scalable distributed systems and cloud-based application architecture. Experience in product-based, SaaS, or fast-paced technology environments. Knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Previous experience mentoring developers or contributing to technical leadership and architectural decisions.
