Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web applications, pages, and sites. You will develop robust client-side and server-side solutions using modern web frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and high performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies and a passion for delivering quality code in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new web-based applications and maintain existing ones to meet business needs.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of RESTful API services and their integration.
- Employ agile development methodologies using the latest web technologies and platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code with excellent unit test coverage.
- Focus on automation and continuous deployment using tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket pipelines.
- Provide accurate time and effort estimates for tasks, and mentor team members on estimation techniques.
- Collaborate with project leadership to define milestones and assign tasks effectively within the team.
- Train and support junior developers, enhancing their technical and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing complex applications with backend services.
- Proficiency in CodeIgniter framework.
- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6, ES7) and experience with MEAN or MERN stacks.
- Familiarity with state management and testing tools such as Redux, Redux Saga, Flow, and Jest.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose for database management.
- Solid knowledge of ORM and relational databases like MySQL.
- Experience with JavaScript build tools including Webpack and Babel.js.
- Skilled in JavaScript linting tools such as ESLint.
- Good grasp of HTML/CSS and frameworks like Bootstrap and Material UI.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient with source version control systems, particularly Git and Bitbucket.
- Commitment to coding standards, naming conventions, reusability, and security best practices.
- Experience conducting thorough code reviews to maintain code quality.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to work onsite.
