Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front-End Focused) – React / JavaScript / Golang – Mexico Only

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in React, JavaScript, Golang, and modern cloud technologies to support supply chain services and warehouse management systems. In this role, you will be involved in designing, architecting, and implementing software solutions that address complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency across supply chain operations. You will help build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that underpin critical business processes, enabling the development and deployment of advanced supply chain platforms managing logistics, warehouse operations, and distributed cloud environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable, scalable, and well-architected software solutions is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver full stack features including design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support
- Address bug fixes and perform operational tasks to maintain system health
- Work across the full technology stack, covering Web UI, APIs, and infrastructure components
- Develop reusable, cross-platform components for future use and scalability
- Translate written requirements, designs, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code
- Collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Recent hands-on experience with Web UI development using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Proven experience developing RESTful APIs using Golang, Java, or Python
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3) and foundational knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience with test automation across unit, integration, and regression testing levels
- Working knowledge of modern infrastructure tools and pipelines, including GitHub CI/CD and Terraform
- Understanding of operational tools related to logging and metrics, such as New Relic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, writing clean code, and continuously learning new technologies
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code (or similar) within a professional development workflow
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
