Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about owning end-to-end delivery, from designing backend APIs to building modern, responsive frontends. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, scalable, and secure solutions on the Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, understands the broader purpose behind their work, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.
- Work across the full technology stack to implement new features, resolve bugs, and enhance application performance.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code adhering to best practices.
- Ensure all solutions are secure, performant, scalable, and optimized for deployment on Microsoft Azure.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to support development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation activities.
- Critically review and validate AI-generated code before integrating it into production, ensuring it meets security, quality, and performance standards.
- Engage in peer code reviews, estimations, and sprint planning sessions to maintain team alignment and project momentum.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements to technical processes and solutions.
- Take full ownership of features and solutions from development through deployment, balancing speed, quality, security, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of professional full-stack development experience in modern, structured environments.
- Strong expertise in .NET (C#, .NET Core/6/7) and solid hands-on experience with either Angular or React.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Storage, Functions, and related cloud components.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases such as SQL Server or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.
- Ability to critically assess AI-generated code for security, quality, performance, and maintainability before production deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.
- Proven track record of owning features and solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
