Senior Full Stack Engineer -Remote

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer with 5 to 7 years of professional experience to join our expanding remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust web-based applications that meet business needs.
- Build scalable microservices architectures to support growing product demands.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring quality and readability.
- Utilize AI tools extensively for code generation while maintaining full ownership of the output.
- Lead developer testing efforts, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster growth.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and services, from initial design through production support.
- Participate actively in incident response, troubleshooting, and driving issues to resolution.
- Proactively identify and flag risks, bugs, or technical debt before they escalate into production incidents.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in at least several of the following technologies: Go, Laravel, Java, React, Typescript, Node.js.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience scaling distributed systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, working with JSON and web services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and quality.
