Senior Full Stack .Net Developer (React)

Key Responsibilities

Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET Core and ReactJS. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. Ensure applications perform well, are responsive, and maintain high quality. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality.

Technical Leadership: Lead by example through active participation in coding and technical problem-solving. Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and overall team performance. Drive innovation and promote best practices within the development team.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to ensure successful project execution. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and compliance standards.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks efficiently. Propose and implement effective solutions to complex technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET Core.
- Extensive experience with ReactJS and front-end development technologies.
- Proficiency in .NET Core and C# programming.
- Strong skills in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
