Senior Fullstack AI Developer

Zeta Corp is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer for a client operating in the AI industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI applications. This role requires hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and scalable backend systems. You will collaborate closely with a US-based CTO to build secure, high-performance AI products specifically tailored for the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production LLM applications, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks. Build AI-powered document processing solutions leveraging OCR and LLM technologies. Create responsive web applications and dashboards using React and Next.js. Design and implement scalable backend services with Python (FastAPI) and Node.js/TypeScript. Integrate third-party APIs using OAuth 2.0 and manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, along with monitoring and security best practices. Participate actively in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience is essential. At least 2 years of hands-on production experience with LLMs and RAG applications is required. Strong proficiency in Python (particularly FastAPI), TypeScript/Node.js, React, and Next.js is expected. Experience working with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is necessary. Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0 integrations and modern software architecture principles is important. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in Healthcare or HealthTech industries, especially within HIPAA-compliant environments, is highly desirable. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 350,000 to Rs 450,000. The role requires in-person work at the designated location.
