We are seeking a Senior Go Backend Engineer with over three years of professional experience to join our remote, full-time team. This role goes beyond typical API development; it requires a strong understanding of how to bridge the gap between raw engineering data and AI-driven insights, helping to build the critical data and systems backbone that powers our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Go, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and other cross-functional teams to integrate complex engineering data into AI-driven platforms.
- Build robust data pipelines that transform raw engineering data into actionable insights.
- Optimize backend architecture to support large-scale data processing and real-time analytics.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring system stability and security.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and architecture of the platform.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Go.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience working with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in building APIs and integrating complex data sources.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
