Senior Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience managing performance-driven campaigns, primarily for clients in the UK and USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with both e-commerce and lead generation brands. This role requires expertise in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams. The position is full-time and onsite, based in Gulberg 3, Lahore, with working hours from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Display.
- Develop tailored strategies for e-commerce and lead generation clients to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, search term analysis, and manage negative keywords to improve targeting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
- Manage and optimize Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Monitor budgets, bids, targeting options, and overall campaign performance to meet client goals.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.
- Analyze campaign data regularly and generate actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Test and refine ads, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve results.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving performance metrics.
- Stay current with the latest updates in the Google Ads platform, including automation, AI features, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
- Proven track record working with clients based in the UK and USA.
- Strong hands-on experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube Ads.
- Excellent understanding of key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and apply data-driven strategies.
- Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working full-time onsite.
