Senior Graphic Designer – eCommerce & Branding

Prelogex Ltd, a fast-growing technology and eCommerce solutions company serving prominent UK-based brands, is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their team in Multan, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role operates during UK business hours (12 PM – 9 PM PKT) and focuses on leading visual and branding initiatives across multiple eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and social media. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality design output and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling graphics for product listings on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and social media channels.
- Develop engaging visuals for online branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Lead and mentor junior graphic designers, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Create and maintain reusable design templates, automation workflows, and systems to streamline high-volume tasks.
- Ensure consistent visual identity and branding across all platforms and marketing channels.
- Utilize Photoshop actions, batch processing, and other automation techniques to efficiently manage large design workloads.
- Collaborate directly with UK-based teams for creative approvals and direction.
- Organize and manage creative asset libraries, archives, and shared folders to maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with familiarity in InDesign.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design work for eCommerce platforms, including Amazon A+ content, infographics, and banners.
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior designers.
- Expert understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital design principles.
- Proficient English communication skills to facilitate collaboration with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
