We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at our office located in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and 50,000. The ideal candidate will be a creative and passionate individual who enjoys designing and is eager to grow professionally within the graphic design field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original and visually appealing designs for social media posts, marketing creatives, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy to produce high-quality design work.
- Follow design briefs carefully and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple design tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
- Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color combinations, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to produce creative and original designs without relying on AI-generated content.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory to demonstrate skills and creativity.
- Strong willingness to learn, accept constructive feedback, and work collaboratively within a team.
