Senior Graphic Designer

Falaknaz Group of Companies is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their Marketing Department in Karachi on a full-time basis. The role involves creating compelling marketing and sales collateral for Falaknaz’s residential projects, covering print, digital, and on-site branding materials. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the company’s brand presence through innovative design solutions that support project launches and ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, and standees for project launches and site marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging social media creatives and digital advertisement assets for active marketing campaigns.
- Develop sales presentations, payment plan visuals, and booking documents that effectively communicate project details.
- Adapt 3D renders and architectural visuals for both print and digital platforms to maintain visual appeal.
- Ensure consistent branding across all Falaknaz projects and marketing channels.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to manage the production of banners, signage, and site branding materials.
- Design corporate stationery, event backdrops, and internal presentation decks to support various company functions.

Required Qualifications
- Certification or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a preference for candidates who have worked in real estate or construction marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for layout, typography, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required at the time of application.
