Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of six years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision and the ability to deliver clean, modern, and professional designs that effectively support marketing and brand communication efforts. This role requires a versatile designer who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, stories, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create compelling product advertisements and marketing creatives.
- Develop website banners, sliders, and other digital marketing assets.
- Professionally edit and enhance product images to ensure visual appeal.
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established colors, typography, and overall visual identity.
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Produce clean and attractive layouts tailored to various marketing needs.
- Manage multiple design assignments efficiently and deliver work within set deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand and fulfill design requirements.
- Perform basic video editing tasks as needed to support multimedia projects.
- Review all designs thoroughly to ensure the highest quality of final output.

Required Qualifications
- At least six years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
- Excellent photo editing and image manipulation abilities.
- A keen creative and visual sense with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret briefs accurately and translate ideas into polished, professional designs.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment.
- A robust and updated professional design portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Job Details
This is a full-time, in-person position based in the Defence V area of Karachi. The monthly salary for this role is PKR 120,000. Candidates are required to submit an updated CV along with a comprehensive design portfolio. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
