Senior Graphic Designer

Mahir Company is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Our company is dedicated to simplifying property maintenance by connecting customers with trusted service providers through an innovative digital platform. We enable customers to book services quickly and efficiently, with verified professionals arriving at their doorstep within 60 minutes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media design, ad creatives, branding, and visual communication, contributing to the growth and consistency of our brand across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Meta ad creatives including static posts, carousels, banners, and stories.
- Develop engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate ad concepts, hooks, and campaign ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and marketing campaigns.
- Optimize visual content based on performance feedback and data-driven insights.
- Keep up-to-date with current design trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in creating Meta ad creatives and digital marketing content.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Availability to work full-time from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Johar Town location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience will be highly considered.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000.
