Senior Graphic Designer

Devsinc is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team working on Voosha, its creator marketplace product. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping Voosha’s visual identity across various channels including social media, marketing campaigns, events, and the platform itself. Your creativity will help transform ideas into engaging and impactful designs that resonate with both brands and creators, driving attention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, social media trends, and brand activations, proactively presenting them to the team.
- Design a variety of digital assets such as social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, advertisements, banners, event and product collateral, as well as presentation decks.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Voosha’s established brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate the ideation process, create mockups, and produce design assets efficiently.
- Write or refine concise copy, captions, and headlines to complement visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with the content and video teams to support campaign execution and ensure cohesive messaging.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or startup environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Canva and CapCut.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and ChatGPT.
- Strong understanding of content copywriting and current social media trends.
- A creative, self-motivated individual who consistently contributes fresh ideas.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative range is essential.
