Senior Graphic Designer - Remote

Innovative Code Lab is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its remote team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in leading the visual design efforts across various digital and branding projects. The successful candidate will create compelling graphics for web and mobile applications, develop and enhance brand identities, design logos, and produce marketing and product collateral. Working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers, the Senior Graphic Designer will ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across all platforms. The position also involves mentoring junior designers, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and contributing to the overall creative strategy while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of visual assets for digital products, including web and mobile interfaces.
- Develop and refine brand identities, including logo design and visual guidelines.
- Produce marketing materials and product collateral that align with brand standards.
- Define and maintain consistent design language across all company touchpoints.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as product management, development, and marketing.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of other designers.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Contribute to creative strategy and innovation within the design team.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product and marketing design work.
- Skilled in logo design and branding, with experience in building and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Proficient in typography, demonstrating the ability to select and apply typefaces for readability and brand expression.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams, exhibiting strong communication and organizational skills.
- Several years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, preferably within software, technology, or digital product environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
