Veroke is looking for a highly analytical and adaptable Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition across its expanding suite of mobile, smart TV, and web-based products. This role requires a marketer skilled in both organic discovery methods such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), as well as targeted paid advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the user journey, designing and optimizing marketing funnels that convert search intent and ad impressions into engaged, long-term users.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth & Visibility (ASO & SEO):
Lead ongoing ASO initiatives across major app platforms by conducting thorough keyword research, analyzing search volume, keyword difficulty, and competitor rankings to identify high-impact opportunities. Optimize app titles, subtitles, backend keywords, descriptions, and visual assets to accelerate organic installs. Develop and implement SEO strategies for web products and landing pages, including technical audits, keyword mapping, search intent analysis, and backlink building to increase high-quality web traffic. Continuously run A/B tests on app store product pages (icons, screenshots, promotional text) and web landing pages to improve organic conversion rates, adjusting metadata based on seasonal keyword trends.

Inorganic Growth & Paid Acquisition:
Build, scale, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on efficient budget management to meet target CPA, CAC, and ROAS goals. Utilize expertise in Apple Search Ads (ASA) across brand, generic, competitor, and discovery campaigns, aligning bidding strategies with organic ASO keyword data to maximize share of voice for valuable search terms. Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Search, Display, and Video ads, to drive app installs and web registrations. Explore and test emerging paid channels relevant to the company’s product niches.

Funnel Architecture & Analytics:
Design and refine full-funnel user journeys from awareness to retention, identifying drop-off points between clicks, installs, registrations, and monetization. Ensure accurate attribution and event tracking across mobile and web platforms using industry-standard mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and analytics tools. Translate complex acquisition data—such as keyword ranking shifts, impression share, and funnel conversion rates—into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

Proven success scaling both App Store-based mobile applications and web-based SaaS or consumer products. Deep expertise in ASO and SEO, with a strong understanding of the different ranking algorithms used by app stores and traditional search engines like Google and Bing. Demonstrated ability to identify high-volume, low-competition keywords. Extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale budgets on Apple Search Ads and Google Ads platforms. Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), user segmentation, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing strategies. Proficiency with ASO keyword tracking tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, AppTweak, Mobile Action), SEO suites (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker comfortable with detailed keyword bidding, search volume analysis, and metadata optimization. You understand the fundamental differences between building funnels for web landing pages versus iOS App Store product pages but can integrate these into a cohesive brand strategy that drives growth across channels.

Candidates are encouraged to submit a resume along with a brief portfolio or case study showcasing a specific app or web product where they successfully managed both ASO/SEO strategies and paid acquisition campaigns. Please include measurable outcomes such as funnel improvements, ROAS, and organic keyword growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a growth marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact across multiple digital platforms.
