Senior Headless CMS Developer

Matech Co is seeking a Senior Headless CMS Developer with extensive experience in modern Headless Content Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content modeling and CMS-driven web architecture, capable of designing and managing complex content structures. This role requires hands-on expertise in various Headless CMS platforms and the ability to integrate these systems effectively with front-end frameworks such as Next.js. The position is based in Pakistan and requires in-person work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage content models, content types, entries, and components within Headless CMS platforms.
- Configure and maintain CMS environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Integrate Headless CMS solutions with Next.js applications, leveraging CMS APIs, REST, and GraphQL.
- Manage dynamic and reusable content structures, ensuring efficient content delivery workflows.
- Oversee content preview and publishing workflows, ensuring seamless CMS integrations.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders, providing technical expertise and problem-solving support.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication and coordination within a global team.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development.
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with one or more Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Storyblok, Sitefinity, Sanity, Strapi, Prismic, Hygraph, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Headless CMS architecture and content modeling principles.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing CMS environments.
- Proficiency in integrating Headless CMS with Next.js applications.
- Solid knowledge of CMS APIs, including REST and GraphQL.
- Experience managing dynamic content, reusable content structures, and content delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with content preview, publishing workflows, and CMS integration processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams.
