Our client, Recruit AI, is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including managing a team of at least five professionals. This role is critical in leading the human resources function with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The Senior HR Manager will support both local and international hiring efforts, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and expertise in workforce planning and compensation management. They will also be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, implementing performance metrics such as balanced scorecards, and managing training programs through learning management systems and e-learning content. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Recruit AI’s overall business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees both locally and internationally.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of five HR professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services across multiple functions.
- Address employee relations issues by handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace conflicts promptly and fairly.
- Design and maintain performance management systems that support objective appraisals, employee recognition, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regularly updating HR policies to reflect current legislation.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Conduct workforce and succession planning to meet present and future organizational needs.
- Oversee training and development initiatives by utilizing learning management systems and creating tailored e-learning content to enhance employee skills.
- Implement organizational development strategies aimed at improving workplace culture, communication, and employee satisfaction.
- Utilize HR information systems to maintain accurate employee records, manage HR workflows, and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
- Apply balanced scorecards and key performance indicators to measure and improve HR operational effectiveness.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates clearly across all organizational levels to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including training providers and consultants, to optimize HR resources and program quality.
