Senior HR Officer

We are a well-established and rapidly growing retail organization operating multiple stores across Karachi. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development activities for staff.
- Address employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and management information to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess and fulfill manpower requirements effectively.

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
