SENIOR IMMIGRATION COUNSELOR

Journey Visa Consulting is seeking experienced Senior Immigration Sales Counselors to join our dynamic sales team based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving sales for immigration services, specifically targeting clients interested in USA EB-2 NIW, Canada, and Australia immigration programs. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in immigration sales within a consultancy or immigration firm, with the ability to convert leads into clients and consistently meet sales targets. This position is sales-oriented and does not involve documentation or case processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming immigration inquiries and engage potential clients professionally.
- Conduct detailed sales consultations explaining immigration options such as USA EB-2 NIW, Canada, and Australia programs.
- Follow up persistently with interested leads to convert them into paying clients.
- Close sales effectively and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and record-keeping.
- Address client objections with professionalism and negotiate to secure agreements.
- Collaborate with the immigration processing team after client registration to ensure smooth handover.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in immigration sales.
- Previous employment in an immigration consultancy or immigration firm is essential.
- Proven ability to generate sales and close deals successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong client relationship management and follow-up capabilities.
- Target-driven, confident, and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
