Senior Immigration Visa Consultant

Gulf Star Services is seeking a professional and client-focused Immigration Visa Consultant to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position requires a confident individual with strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client profiles, assessing their visa requirements, and providing expert guidance throughout the application process. Working Monday through Saturday from 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM, the role offers a competitive salary along with commission and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine suitable immigration and visa options based on their profiles and travel plans.
- Assess client eligibility and provide accurate information about visa requirements, necessary documentation, and procedures.
- Clearly explain visa processes, timelines, service charges, and government or embassy fees to clients.
- Review client documents to identify any missing, incomplete, or incorrect information.
- Prepare and organize visa application documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents, provide updates, and gather additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records, application statuses, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Collaborate with Visa Processing, Sales, and Operations teams to facilitate efficient case handling.
- Stay updated on changes in visa policies, immigration requirements, and documentation procedures.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally, providing timely updates throughout the process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and company records.
- Meet assigned consultation, conversion, and sales targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in roles such as Immigration Consultant, Visa Consultant, Visa Counselor, Travel Consultant, or similar positions is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes across multiple destinations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to accurately assess client profiles and clearly explain visa requirements.
- Experience using CRM systems to maintain customer records and manage follow-ups.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
- Target-driven, organized, and confident when interacting with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience in visa consultancy, immigration, travel, or related service industries is an advantage.
