Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate account activities with a strong emphasis on achieving targets by closely monitoring individual KPIs.
- Engage effectively with new accounts on the Careem platform, driving sales and influencing decision-making with external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining process discipline and operational excellence.
- Identify challenges and implement scalable solutions, adapting flexibly to shifting priorities and integrating new insights.
- Lead the team responsible for executing sales strategies by signing and onboarding new partners, thereby expanding restaurant supply and enhancing the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing commercial or operational roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external stakeholders concurrently.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about being an early member of a new team, contributing to the development of structure and strategy.
- Proficient in data analysis, including reading reports and working with Excel.
- Experience with CRM tools.
