We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Senior Inspectors to join our expanding inspection team based in Lahore. This full-time, field-based role involves conducting independent and unbiased quality inspections at supplier and manufacturer sites. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in quality inspection and a desire to advance their career within a reputable quality assurance organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Review buyer requirements and inspection criteria thoroughly before each assignment.
- Plan inspections systematically, identifying key risk areas in advance.
- Conduct inspections objectively and professionally, following established procedures.
- Accurately identify, classify, and document defects.
- Evaluate workmanship, measurements, packaging, labeling, product presentation, and overall compliance.
- Collect precise inspection data and photographic evidence.
- Prepare detailed, professional, and timely inspection reports.
- Communicate inspection findings clearly while maintaining impartiality and integrity.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Relevant technical education in Textiles, Garments, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields is advantageous.
- 2 to 4+ years of relevant inspection experience in apparel, textiles, or general consumer products.
- Practical understanding of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection methodology.
- Knowledge of sampling plans and sample selection techniques.
- Familiarity with Inline, During Production, and Final Random Inspections.
- Understanding of buyer specifications and inspection protocols.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, measurements, and appearance.
- Awareness of packaging, labeling, care instructions, barcoding, and carton marking requirements.
- Ability to interpret basic laboratory testing reports to verify compliance with buyer performance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with experience in third-party inspection bodies, export-oriented manufacturing organizations, buying houses, or quality assurance and control functions will be given preference. Exposure to inspecting textiles, apparel, rice, fruits, vegetables, food products, consumer goods, or other export commodities is considered an added advantage.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, confidence, discipline, and the ability to represent the organization professionally at customer locations are also required. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively and work under demanding inspection schedules.

This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs150,000 to Rs170,000. The work location is in person, based in Lahore.
