The Senior Investment Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islāmābād. This position involves advising clients on real estate investment opportunities by developing customized investment strategies and guiding them through financial planning related to their property portfolios. The advisor will analyze market trends, conduct feasibility assessments, prepare detailed investment proposals, and present clear, data-driven recommendations. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams is essential to ensure investment offerings align with client needs and current market demands. Maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing portfolio reviews and delivering high standards of customer service and ethical advisory practices are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and develop tailored investment strategies.
- Analyze market trends and conduct investment feasibility assessments to inform client decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive investment proposals and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align investment products with client requirements and market conditions.
- Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships by providing ongoing portfolio reviews and updates.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the advisory process.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to interpret financial data and assess investment viability.
- Solid knowledge of Investments and Investment Strategies, including portfolio diversification and risk management.
- Proven customer service skills focused on building long-term client relationships and providing professional advisory support.
- Relevant experience in real estate investment advisory, wealth management, or financial services, preferably in senior or client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in digital tools and market research platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages is advantageous for client engagement.
