Key Responsibilities
The Senior Investment Advisor will be based full-time on-site in Islāmābād and will play a crucial role in guiding clients through real estate investment opportunities. This includes developing customized investment strategies and assisting clients with financial planning related to their property portfolios. Daily activities involve analyzing market trends, conducting feasibility assessments, preparing detailed investment proposals, and presenting clear, data-driven recommendations to clients. The advisor will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure investment offerings align with client needs and market dynamics. Maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing portfolio reviews and delivering high standards of customer service and ethical advisory practices are essential aspects of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in financial planning and finance, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and evaluate investment viability. A solid understanding of investments, including portfolio diversification and risk management, is essential. Excellent customer service skills are required, with a focus on building and sustaining long-term client relationships through professional advisory support.
