Senior Investment Executive

Support the Investment Department by performing comprehensive financial analysis, market research, feasibility studies, and project evaluations. Assist management in identifying and assessing new investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze import data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Review and analyze financial statements of comparable companies to benchmark performance and assess viability.
- Assist in developing detailed financial feasibility models and investment evaluations to support project proposals.
- Maintain an organized project pipeline and ensure all investment documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare clear and concise management presentations and project reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices are followed to maintain data integrity.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA qualification or MBA degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, investment, or feasibility studies.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and business documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on manufacturing or industrial projects is considered an advantage.
