Senior Japanese Car Exporter

We are seeking motivated Auto Trading Agents to join our team, focusing on key regions including the UK, USA, Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe. The ideal candidates will connect clients with premium used cars, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the auto trading industry, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect clients with premium used cars tailored to their needs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple client interactions and sales activities.
- Assist clients throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Engage in B2B sales through calls, chats, and social media platforms.
- Close deals successfully and provide reliable after-sale service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and typing skills.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Auto Trading Sales.
- Ability to understand and interpret Japanese Auction Sheets accurately.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales environments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Educational background of at least Intermediate level or Bachelor's degree.
