Job Description MZ Digital Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Full-Stack Developer with React.js expertise to join our growing technical team on a project-based contract, with the potential for permanent employment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, robust backend systems, RESTful APIs, and integrated digital platforms supporting Android and iOS mobile applications.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented developer who can independently manage complex development tasks, collaborate with frontend and mobile app developers, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and React.js.
Build secure RESTful APIs for website and mobile application integration.
Develop centralized admin dashboards, user management systems, and role-based access controls.
Design and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data management.
Develop membership systems, booking modules, approval workflows, and content management features.
Collaborate with Flutter developers for seamless Android and iOS application integration.
Integrate approved third-party APIs and services.
Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and security improvements.
Maintain clean, reusable, well-documented code using Git.
Coordinate with the development team and ensure timely delivery of assigned milestones.
Support application deployment, technical documentation, and project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional Laravel development experience.
Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with Laravel Sanctum, authentication, and role-based permissions.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development.
Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
Experience with Linux servers, hosting environments, and application deployment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other developers.

Preferred Skills

Experience developing backend systems for Flutter-based Android and iOS applications.
Experience with membership portals, booking systems, CMS platforms, and complex admin dashboards.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical implementations.
