Responsibilities

Conduct detailed and systematic legal research to support various business activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect organizational interests.
Manage and oversee litigation processes by coordinating with external counsel, preparing legal documentation, and tracking case progress.
Provide accurate and strategic legal advice on disputes, regulatory matters, and corporate governance to internal stakeholders.
Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations, assessing their impact on business operations and advising on necessary adjustments.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in dispute resolution by analyzing issues, negotiating settlements, and representing the organization’s position effectively.
Collaborate with departments such as compliance, finance, and human resources to address legal concerns related to contracts, employment, and commercial activities.
