Senior Limousine Dispatcher

We are a reputable ground transportation company specializing in services for corporate executives, VIP travelers, luxury hotels, and private aviation clients both across the United States and internationally. We are currently seeking a highly skilled limousine dispatcher to independently manage live operations in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This is a long-term, direct hire position requiring proven experience in limousine or black-car dispatch, with the ability to handle complex itineraries such as roadshows, large-scale events, and hands-on reservations. The role operates fully remotely with a schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time, including weekends. Compensation ranges from $12 to $15 USD per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage daily dispatch operations using Limo Anywhere software.
- Handle intake, reservations, and quotes for high-stakes events.
- Assign, reassign, and coordinate chauffeurs across multiple simultaneous reservations.
- Monitor flight arrivals, chauffeur locations, trip statuses, and pickup readiness to ensure seamless service.
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, delays, and operational emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate farm-outs and maintain communication with affiliate transportation partners.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with chauffeurs, clients, and internal teams.
- Anticipate potential operational issues and resolve them proactively without requiring constant supervision.
- Maintain accurate reservation notes, trip statuses, and dispatch communications.
- Ensure consistently high service standards tailored to VIP and corporate clientele.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of professional limousine or black-car dispatch experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based operators.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Limo Anywhere dispatch software.
- Proven ability to independently manage high-volume, time-sensitive dispatch operations.
- Strong understanding of chauffeur scheduling, airport transfers, flight monitoring, and affiliate coordination.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional remote workspace, and consistent availability during assigned shifts.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and U.S. evening hours (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time).
- Commitment to work exclusively with the company following a mutually agreed transition.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

We seek a candidate who is comfortable making operational decisions independently, managing multiple chauffeurs simultaneously, and resolving problems proactively to prevent client impact.
