Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with over five years of experience to join our AI/ML team. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that address practical business challenges. This role requires hands-on experience in product development as well as a strong understanding of ML Ops practices. Candidates with leadership experience and a demonstrated portfolio of relevant projects will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms that solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products and services.
- Optimize and maintain ML models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Lead efforts in ML Ops, including automation of model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong AI/ML engineering culture.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to continuously improve the team’s capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of ML Ops principles and experience with tools for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.
