Senior Manager Accounts

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls. The primary focus is to ensure regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and profitability across all business units. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial operations, including accounts, budgeting, and reporting across all business units.
- Oversee revenue reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate financial statements, maintain tax compliance, and support audit readiness.
- Control operating costs by monitoring budgets and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Supervise procurement-related financial controls, vendor payments, and inventory accounting processes.
- Prepare financial forecasts, management reports, and performance analyses to guide business strategy.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while strengthening internal controls and financial governance.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA/ICMA, MBA in Finance, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
- Excellent leadership skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and high integrity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 180,000.
