Senior Manager Dynamics 365

The Senior Manager Dynamics 365 will own and lead the delivery of Mobiz’s Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). This role is responsible for platform health, governance, integrations, user adoption, and operational workflows that support revenue, service delivery, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Dynamics, hands-on experience with the Power Platform, and a proven ability to drive business outcomes through well-managed Microsoft business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- CRM Operations & Sales Enablement: Manage Dynamics 365 Sales as the primary platform for Mobiz’s revenue pipeline, including configuration of entities, opportunity stages, workflows, and sales methodology alignment. Maintain data quality, dashboards, and mobile/Outlook integrations. Collaborate with sales leadership to translate commercial needs into CRM configurations.

- ERP & Financial Operations: Administer Dynamics 365 Business Central as the ERP system, overseeing chart of accounts, approval workflows, AP/AR cycles, job costing, payroll imports, and financial reporting. Lead upgrades and manage vendor relationships for escalations.

- Platform Administration & Configuration: Manage all Dynamics 365 environments, enforce security roles, prioritize customization backlogs, monitor environment health, and govern Dataverse schema and metadata standards.

- Integration & Data Management: Own integrations between Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other platforms using Power Automate, Azure Integration Services, and Dataverse connectors. Maintain master data management and ensure compliance with data residency requirements for KSA clients.

- User Adoption & Training: Drive adoption across departments by developing training materials, conducting onboarding, managing support escalations, and facilitating a Dynamics 365 User Group. Produce monthly platform health reports.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics administrators and developers, set goals, manage capacity, enforce delivery standards, conduct performance reviews, and serve as escalation authority for team conflicts and prioritization.

- Governance, Compliance & Roadmap: Maintain a 12-month platform roadmap aligned with business priorities, lead adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot features, ensure compliance with security and audit requirements, participate in governance boards, and manage vendor contracts and licensing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience and over 10 years in IT.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), including pipeline management, quotes, custom entities, security roles, and sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
- Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central covering general ledger, AP/AR, job costing, and financial workflows.
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse administration.
- Experience with Dynamics ALM, environment strategies, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or Power Platform tools.
- Proven ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with external platforms like ServiceNow and Microsoft 365.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions.
- Experience using Power BI for financial and operational reporting connected to Dynamics data.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Microsoft certifications such as MB-910, MB-920, MB-210, MB-800, and PL-400.
- Experience in managed services, professional services, or Microsoft partner environments.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Project Operations modules.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI integration, and Dynamics 365 Copilot features.
- Exposure to Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty, NCA ECC compliance, or KSA data residency requirements.
- Scripting skills in Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, or Python for automation and integration.
- Experience managing a Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Center of Excellence.
