Senior Manager Flight Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Flight Operations team at our corporate headquarters in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation administration, particularly within flight operations management and regulatory compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage documentation, audits, and certification processes while ensuring adherence to Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) regulations. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee flight operations in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to Pakistan Civil Aviation rules, Air Navigation Orders (ANOs), and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain and update flight operations documentation and manuals to reflect current practices and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support audits, renewals, and the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and regulatory adherence.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to flight operations for senior management.

Required Qualifications:
- Holds or has previously held a valid Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or flight operations management role.
- Strong knowledge of flight operations management, PCAA regulations, ANOs, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in managing flight operations documentation, manuals, and regulatory audits.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
