Title: Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security

Shift hours: Rotational, Monday to Friday

Location: Pechs, Block 6, Karachi

About the Role: Logiciel Services is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security to lead our enterprise technology infrastructure and cybersecurity function. The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of the organization's technology landscape, while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

This position requires a strong leader with expertise in infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and team management.

Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Leadership

Lead the management and optimization of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centers.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of critical business systems.
Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives and technology improvements.

Security & Risk Management

Oversee cybersecurity operations and security controls across the organization.
Identify, assess, and mitigate infrastructure and security risks.
Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation activities.

Project & Service Delivery

Manage infrastructure and security projects from planning through implementation.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable technology services.
Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure and security operations.

Leadership & Vendor Management

Lead and mentor infrastructure, network, systems, and security teams.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
Monitor service quality, performance metrics, and operational effectiveness.

Required Experience

12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Information Security.
Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
Experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CCNP / CCIE, AWS Certifications, Microsoft Azure Certifications, ITI, PMP
