We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Manager Property to remotely oversee property sales, purchases, and rental operations across the UK. This role requires effective coordination with clients, landlords, buyers, tenants, and local partners to ensure seamless property transactions and efficient portfolio management. The ideal candidate will manage multiple property deals while maintaining strong communication and compliance with UK property regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end property transactions including buying, selling, and lettings within the UK market.
- Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, solicitors, and local estate or letting agents to facilitate smooth processes.
- Handle property listings on major UK platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla, ensuring listings are accurate and appealing.
- Conduct remote client consultations to understand their property needs and offer suitable options.
- Coordinate property viewings through local representatives or partner agents.
- Negotiate offers, tenancy terms, and agreements on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including offers, tenancy agreements, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and rental yields to provide clients with informed advice.
- Ensure full compliance with UK property laws and tenancy regulations.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage client communications efficiently.
- Collaborate with property management teams to provide post-sale or rental support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in the UK real estate or property market, specifically in sales and/or lettings.
- Strong understanding of UK property laws, tenancy regulations, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple property transactions remotely while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and property listing platforms.
