Senior Manager Property (UK Market)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Manager Property to remotely oversee property sales, purchases, and rental operations across the UK. This role requires effective coordination with clients, landlords, buyers, tenants, and local partners to facilitate smooth property transactions and manage a diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UK property market and the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end property transactions including buying, selling, and lettings within the UK market.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, solicitors, and local estate or letting agents to ensure seamless communication and transaction flow.
- Handle property listings on major UK platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla, ensuring listings are accurate and appealing.
- Conduct remote client consultations to understand their property needs and offer suitable options.
- Coordinate property viewings through local representatives or partner agents.
- Negotiate offers, tenancy terms, and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation including offers, tenancy agreements, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and rental yields to provide clients with informed advice.
- Ensure compliance with UK property regulations and legal requirements throughout all transactions.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage client communications effectively to support ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with property management teams to provide post-sale or rental support as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in the UK real estate or property market, specifically in sales and/or lettings.
- Strong understanding of UK property laws, tenancy regulations, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple property transactions remotely while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working remotely with UK-based clients.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.
- Understanding of mortgage processes and property investment strategies to better advise clients.
