Senior Manager Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technology leadership and design consultancy for ICT infrastructure products and solutions, including servers, compute, storage, virtualization platforms, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), server operating systems, enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and data center technologies. Support business growth by aligning strategically with vendors and partners, offering product development consultancy, and empowering sales teams with technical expertise and go-to-market strategies. Be proficient in OEM server build configurators, various server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux distributions, advanced virtualization technologies including VDI and containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as SAN/NAS storage architectures and HCI solutions. Experience with cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS) from providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

Design and architect IT compute infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements, assisting Sales and Technical Sales teams with solution positioning, presentations, demonstrations, and technical qualifications to improve RFP/RFQ success rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, partners, and internal sales teams to drive ICT business growth, ensuring alignment on technical and commercial fronts while developing competitive solutions. Lead solution design and consultancy for complex, multidomain ICT projects, managing technical scope, resources, success criteria, and stakeholder expectations to ensure effective service delivery. Provide technical training and enablement to Enterprise, Carrier, and SME Sales teams, including Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, covering solution architectures, product features, unique selling points, industry best practices, and customer engagement strategies. Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Sales, Presales, and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions, strengthen go-to-market approaches, ensure smooth project execution, and enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Telecom, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field. An MBA or MS in Project Management or Engineering Management is preferred. Relevant expert-level certifications in the domain are highly desirable. A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in technology leadership, service consultancy, partner collaboration, architecture and design, and system engineering is required.
