Senior Manager Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert technology leadership and design consultancy for ICT infrastructure products and solutions, including servers, compute, storage, virtualization platforms, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), server operating systems, enterprise backup, disaster recovery solutions, and data center technologies. Support business growth by aligning strategically with vendors and partners, offering product development consultancy, and empowering sales teams with technical knowledge and go-to-market strategies for ICT solutions.

Design and architect IT compute infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements, assisting Sales and Technical Sales teams in solution positioning, customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical qualification to improve RFP/RFQ success rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, partners, and internal teams to drive ICT business growth, ensure technical and commercial alignment, and develop competitive solutions.

Lead solution design and consultancy for complex, multidomain ICT projects by defining technical scope, managing resources, setting success criteria, and aligning stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Enable Enterprise, Carrier, and SME Sales teams, including Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, through technical training on solution architectures, product features, unique selling points, industry best practices, and customer engagement strategies.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Sales, Presales, and delivery teams to develop competitive solutions, strengthen go-to-market strategies, ensure smooth project execution, and enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Telecom, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field is required. An MBA or MS in Project Management or Engineering Management is preferred. Expert-level certifications relevant to the domain are highly desirable.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in technology leadership roles is essential.

Technical Competencies

Strong expertise in service consultancy, partner cooperation and collaboration, technology leadership, architecture and design, and system engineering is required. Hands-on experience with OEM server build configurators, various server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux distributions, advanced virtualization concepts including VDI and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), SAN/NAS storage architectures, and hyper-converged infrastructures is expected. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS) from major providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is considered a plus.
