Senior Marketing Representative

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with expertise in B2B SaaS to join our partner company on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is offered on a fixed-term contractual basis, with the possibility of renewal depending on performance. The position requires working Monday to Friday during morning shifts, either from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The office is located in OPF Society, near Valencia Town, Lahore. The monthly salary ranges from Rs. 100,000 to 150,000, with some flexibility for candidates who bring strong, relevant experience within the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the CRM system (HubSpot), including creating workflows, segmenting audiences, and generating detailed reports.
- Lead the SEO strategy and its execution to enhance organic search visibility and drive growth.
- Plan and oversee content development across the marketing funnel to support demand generation efforts.
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value accounts to maximize engagement.
- Build, monitor, and optimize the entire lead generation funnel from initial contact through conversion.
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach targeted professional audiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and campaign execution.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a marketer within the B2B SaaS industry, demonstrating hands-on expertise in CRM management, SEO, content marketing, ABM, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves direct interaction with both international and local stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, supported by strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
