INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join its Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role focuses on supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to ensure safe and efficient operations within the oil and gas sector. The position offers the opportunity to work on innovative and reliable designs that impact industries such as Oil & Gas and Utilities, contributing to cost-efficient and fully autonomous systems that meet stringent safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute FEED and detailed engineering design for both brownfield and greenfield Oil & Gas projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Perform and review piping stress analysis, including piping flexibility, stress reports, nozzle load calculations, and pipe support load analysis to support design documentation and approvals.
- Oversee and approve material selection for piping systems, structures, valves, and buildings, aligning with process requirements and operational conditions.
- Select, design, and review static and rotary equipment such as pressure vessels, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, storage tanks, pumps, and compressors.
- Conduct design reviews for packaged skids, focusing on piping stress, structural integrity, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Provide hands-on support in piping layout, instrumentation, and fabrication to ensure constructability and adherence to design intent.
- Perform technical bid evaluations and comparative analyses for vendors and subcontractors, supporting proposal development and tender processes.
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor coordination, technical clarifications, and alignment with project cost and schedule goals.
- Monitor project costs, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead vendor and subcontractor management, ensuring effective coordination and timely resolution of technical or execution issues.
- Review and manage change orders, assessing technical, cost, and schedule impacts.
- Build and lead engineering and project teams focused on delivering quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience with static and rotary equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors.
- Proven experience in piping stress analysis and design reviews.
- Experience in integration and commissioning of mechanical equipment, preferably skids.
- Proficiency with CADWorx, CAESAR II, STAAD Pro, Tekla, and AutoCAD.
