Senior MERN Stack Engineers

Devinity Solutions is seeking experienced Senior MERN Stack Engineers to join our team in a remote, flexible, contract-based capacity. This role involves direct client interaction, where you will independently participate in calls with prospective clients to understand their requirements, discuss technical architecture and implementation strategies, and conduct technical interviews or evaluations on behalf of the company. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside your current job, starting with approximately 1–2 hours per day primarily focused on client calls, with the potential to increase your involvement as you take on more projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in client-facing technical discussions to gather and clarify project requirements.
- Present and explain technical architecture and implementation approaches to clients.
- Conduct technical interviews and evaluation calls independently, representing Devinity Solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the possibility of overseeing up to four projects in parallel.
- Build and lead a small engineering team to support development and project delivery as workload increases.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack).
- Comprehensive understanding of full-stack development, system architecture, and implementation best practices.
- Proven experience handling client-facing technical discussions and translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence in engaging with clients independently.
- Ability to represent Devinity Solutions professionally during technical evaluations and client meetings.

- Compensation of $1,500 USD per project per month for client engagements that convert into active projects.
