Senior MERN Stack Engineers

Devinity Solutions is seeking experienced Senior MERN Stack Engineers for a remote, flexible, contract-based opportunity. This role involves direct client interaction, where you will independently participate in calls with prospective clients to understand their requirements, discuss technical architecture, and propose implementation strategies. You will also conduct technical interviews and evaluations on behalf of Devinity Solutions. Compensation is project-based, with a rate of $1,500 USD per project per month. The position allows you to maintain your current employment initially, requiring about 1–2 hours per day primarily for client calls. As you take on more projects, your involvement can increase, with the potential to manage up to four projects simultaneously and lead a small engineering team responsible for development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to gather and clarify project requirements.
- Lead technical discussions, including architecture design and implementation approaches.
- Conduct technical interviews and evaluation calls independently.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently as workload increases.
- Build and oversee a small engineering team to support project delivery.
- Represent Devinity Solutions confidently during all client interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack).
- Comprehensive understanding of full-stack development, system architecture, and implementation best practices.
- Proven experience in client-facing technical discussions and requirement analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills with confidence in presenting technical information.
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally during technical evaluations.
