Senior Meta Ads Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Meta Ads Specialist with over five years of hands-on experience to join our team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office. This full-time, on-site position involves managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, focusing on executing comprehensive full-funnel strategies. The role requires optimizing ad spend to achieve measurable return on ad spend (ROAS) across various business sectors. Candidates must be available to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and implement full-funnel advertising strategies tailored to diverse business niches.
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROAS and overall campaign profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Manage and scale campaigns effectively using Meta Ads Manager tools.
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking and attribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated track record with a portfolio or case studies showcasing profitable ROAS and successful budget management.
- Strong technical expertise in Meta Pixel setup, Conversions API (CAPI), attribution windows, and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and implement quick, effective optimizations.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday) on-site at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office.
