Senior Microsoft Cloud Solutions Architect

A prominent software house based in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking to hire a Senior Microsoft Cloud Solutions Architect on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering robust Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP/MSP, and Managed Services solutions. This role demands a strong expertise in cloud technologies and the ability to work closely with customers to implement and migrate Microsoft cloud environments efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design comprehensive solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, ensuring they meet both business objectives and technical requirements.
- Manage Entra ID, Identity Security, and Hybrid Identity scenarios to maintain secure cloud environments.
- Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations within Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement and administer Intune, Defender, and Purview for endpoint management and compliance with security policies.
- Oversee Azure networking, security, governance, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to optimize operational workflows.
- Utilize CSP/MSP tools such as Partner Center, GDAP, and Lighthouse to support partner and managed service delivery.
- Prepare detailed high-level and low-level design documents and maintain technical documentation standards.
- Conduct customer workshops, solution design sessions, and assist in presales activities to support business growth.
- Deliver managed services and manage technical escalations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or cloud-related environments.
- At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, professional services, or MSP delivery roles.
- Proven track record of customer-facing roles involving Microsoft cloud implementations and migrations.
- Relevant certifications such as AZ-305 (Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect) and/or SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect) are highly preferred.
