Only candidates with excellent spoken and written English who are comfortable participating in Zoom video meetings with their camera on should apply. Zen Consultancy specializes in assisting families and entrepreneurs across Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan to obtain second citizenship and residency through government-approved investment programs. The company collaborates with licensed partners in the Caribbean, Canada, the UK, and the US to provide these services.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into signed clients by conducting consultations both over Zoom and in person. Your role involves guiding families through their options, addressing their concerns, and closing deals. A client coordinator will support you by managing qualification, documentation, and follow-ups, allowing you to focus primarily on sales. You will clearly and accurately explain program options and processes, referring eligibility and legal questions to licensed partners. Handling objections related to cost, legitimacy, timelines, and risk will be a critical part of your role. You will ensure deals are closed by securing signed engagement letters and upfront fee payments. Managing your sales pipeline within the CRM system and consistently meeting monthly targets is essential. Additionally, you will build and maintain referral relationships with business setup firms, accountants, real estate brokers, and private bankers. The role requires occasional travel to Dubai and Doha for key client meetings and partner events. You will also collaborate closely with the company founder on pricing strategies, offers, and marketing feedback.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of four years’ experience closing high-ticket deals valued at $100,000 or more, preferably in investment migration, overseas real estate, private banking, or wealth management. A proven track record of successful deal closures, supported by verifiable numbers, is essential. Fluency in both English and Urdu is required, with Arabic considered a strong advantage. Candidates should be confident presenting to business owners and high-net-worth families. Professionalism, discretion, and credibility are critical attributes for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of Caribbean Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs is highly preferred, as it will enhance your ability to advise clients effectively. The position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and engage with affluent clients across multiple regions. You will gain exposure to high-value investment migration markets and collaborate with licensed partners internationally. Occasional travel to major business hubs like Dubai and Doha provides valuable networking and relationship-building opportunities.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in high-value client engagement and a passion for helping families secure global mobility through investment programs.
