Only candidates with excellent spoken and written English who are comfortable participating in Zoom video meetings with their camera on should apply. Zen Consultancy specializes in assisting families and entrepreneurs across Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan in obtaining second citizenship and residency through government-approved investment programs. The company collaborates with licensed partners in regions including the Caribbean, Canada, the UK, and the US to deliver these services.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for converting qualified prospects into signed clients by conducting consultations both over Zoom and in person. Your role involves guiding families through their available options, addressing any concerns they may have, and ultimately closing the deals. A client coordinator will support you by managing prospect qualification, document handling, and follow-ups, allowing you to focus primarily on sales. You will clearly explain program options and processes, while directing eligibility and legal questions to licensed partners. Handling objections related to cost, legitimacy, timelines, and risk will be a key part of your role. You will be expected to secure signed engagement letters and upfront fees, manage your sales pipeline within the CRM system, and consistently meet monthly targets. Building and maintaining referral relationships with business setup firms, accountants, real estate brokers, and private bankers is essential. The role requires occasional travel to Dubai and Doha for important client meetings and partner events. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the company founder on pricing strategies, offers, and marketing feedback.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least four years of experience closing high-value deals, typically $100,000 or more, within sectors such as investment migration, overseas real estate, private banking, or wealth management. A proven track record of successful deal closures with verifiable results is essential. Fluency in English and Urdu is required, with Arabic considered a strong advantage. Candidates should be confident presenting to business owners and affluent families, demonstrating discretion, credibility, and professionalism at all times. Knowledge of Caribbean Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, familiarity with Caribbean CBI programs will be a significant asset. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with exposure to high-net-worth clients and strategic partners across multiple countries. You will be supported by a dedicated team, allowing you to focus on client engagement and deal closure. Travel opportunities to key regional hubs provide valuable networking and business development prospects.

This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in high-ticket investment deals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with discerning clients. If you meet these criteria and are eager to contribute to a growing consultancy with a global footprint, this role offers a rewarding career path.
