Senior Mobile Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop sophisticated, highly scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
- Create custom Flutter packages by leveraging native Android (preferably Kotlin) and iOS functionalities and APIs.
- Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI code.
- Write efficient data queries and implement optimal data structures.
- Apply architectural patterns such as MVC and MVVM to build maintainable, testable, and functional software aligned with product requirements.
- Explore and recommend feasible architectures for new feature implementation.
- Troubleshoot existing system issues and propose enhancements.
- Follow best practices in app development, ensuring code is well-structured and documented.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Manage code repositories and collaborate with team members using Git.
- Communicate project status and timelines effectively with project managers.
- Ensure adherence to security guidelines during app development and validate cloud system security post-changes.
- Suggest new features and improvements to enhance the product.
- Maintain software throughout its lifecycle, including design, development, verification, and bug fixing.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance specialists to deliver stable applications and promptly resolve reported bugs.
- Perform time profiling and memory leak assessments.
- Execute app verification protocols and write comprehensive tests.
- Comply with company policies and quality procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of combined mobile development experience.
- Proficient in Flutter for building cross-platform mobile applications (Android, iOS, and Web), including responsive UI design, efficient data querying, and optimized state management.
- Experience with native Android development (Kotlin preferred) and iOS for creating custom Flutter packages.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase services such as Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
- Ability to interpret and utilize Figma designs for app development.
- Strong proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing projects worked on independently upon request.

Hiring Process
