Joining: Immediate About the Role Glowingsoft Technologies is looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Mobile Software Engineer with strong expertise in cross-platform and native mobile application development.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete mobile development lifecycle, from client communication and technical architecture to development, testing, deployment, and production support.

We are seeking an engineer who takes end-to-end ownership, builds high-performance and scalable applications, and can confidently translate business requirements into reliable mobile solutions.

Core Responsibilities: 1. Cross-Platform & Native Development

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, Android (Kotlin/Java), and iOS (Swift/SwiftUI).
Build responsive, high-performance applications with consistent functionality across devices and platforms.
Understand when to use cross-platform solutions and when native development is required.

2. Mobile Architecture & Application Performance

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile application architectures.
Implement clean architecture, efficient state management, API integrations, and offline synchronization.
Develop real-time features, optimize application performance, and ensure smooth user experiences.

3. Client Communication & Project Ownership

Independently attend client meetings and gather technical and business requirements.
Discuss technical solutions, provide development estimates, and communicate project progress.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination with team members.

4. CI/CD & Application Deployment

Set up and maintain automated build, testing, and release pipelines.
Manage signing certificates, provisioning profiles, and application configurations.
Handle application submissions, releases, and updates on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

5. Quality Assurance & Production Support

Write and maintain automated tests to ensure application reliability.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.
Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain application security.
Ensure compatibility across mobile devices, operating systems, and different screen sizes.

Required Skills & Technology Stack Mobile Development: React Native, Flutter, Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/SwiftUI)

Architecture & Integration: Clean Architecture, REST APIs, state management, offline synchronization, real-time functionality

CI/CD & Deployment: GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect

Backend & Mobile Services: Firebase, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting

Development Practices: Git, automated testing, code reviews, Agile project delivery

Ideal Candidate

Strong hands-on experience in cross-platform and/or native mobile development.
Ability to independently manage mobile projects from requirements gathering to production release.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and application optimization skills.
Strong client communication, technical decision-making, and project ownership.
Commitment to clean code, application security, quality, and reliable delivery.
Experience with both cross-platform and native development is highly valued.
